The 2019 season is in full swing and I wanted to take a minute to introduce our staff that is with me at Little Luxuries, Canvas & Paddle and The Artists Market of Mackinac for the season.

Alyssa is from East Lansing, Michigan. Her favorite part about living on Mackinac Island is how beautiful it is! She loves all of the jewelry that we carry at Little Luxuries and The Artists Market. You can typically see her wearing one of the Amano Studio necklaces with her outfits!

She strongly feels like Mackinac is home, as this is her third season on Mackinac Island! Marea is from Cheboygan, Michigan and comes over on the ferry every day for work! Her favorite part about Mackinac Island is riding her bicycle on the 8.2 loop around the outside of the island. Her favorite product in Canvas and Paddle is A State of Copper!

Bry is original from Imlay City, Michigan. It’s a small town between Flint and Port Huron that is best known for its Vlasic pickle factory. Her favorite thing about living on the island is listening to the clip clop of the horses and the beauty and simplicity of using a bike, carriage or your own two feet as transportation. The Vintage Silverware Treasure Rings and Joy Sparks Typewriter Rings at Artists Market are her absolute favorite! They add a vintage flair to any outfit, spark up conversation because of their uniqueness and added bonus: she said she get tons of compliments!!
