January Goals

We are already in the first week of January and I can’t believe how fast the holidays went by! I usually choose a word for the year in January, but I just haven’t had the chance to do that yet with how fast the days seem to be going by!

I’ve decided I have goals that I want to work on this month to focus on me and make sure that I start the year out right!

My Top 5 Goals this month are:

  1. Write Down 5 things You are Thankful for Every Day 
  2. Make a New Recipe for Dinner Once a Week 
  3. Write a Letter to a Friend 
  4. Work Out for 30 Minutes a Day 
  5. Take a Hot Bath or extra long shower once a week.

I’m hoping to accomplish these goals this month, no matter how crazy the month might get! Tell me, do you have any goals for the month? I’d love to hear them!
