We are already in the first week of January and I can’t believe how fast the holidays went by! I usually choose a word for the year in January, but I just haven’t had the chance to do that yet with how fast the days seem to be going by!
I’ve decided I have goals that I want to work on this month to focus on me and make sure that I start the year out right!
My Top 5 Goals this month are:
- Write Down 5 things You are Thankful for Every Day
- Make a New Recipe for Dinner Once a Week
- Write a Letter to a Friend
- Work Out for 30 Minutes a Day
- Take a Hot Bath or extra long shower once a week.
