Nut Rolls

I love the little touches of the holiday season, like hand written recipe cards from my Mom. ❤️

One of my favorite recipes that she makes is Nut Rolls and I’m going to share it with you today! 


  • 1/2 lb butter
  • 1/2 lb cream cheese
  • 2 cups flour

Blend well 

Shape into 3 balls.

Wrap in wax paper.

Refrigerate overnight. 

Roll dough out. Cut into squares. 

Drop a teaspoon of nut filling onto each square and roll squares up. 

Bake until lightly browned. Sprinkle with powered sugar. 

Nut Filling:

  • 3 egg whites - beaten stiff
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1-2 cups chopped nuts
